Registering your Fortivoice / Talkswitch System

In order to register your system with Fortvoice / Talkswitch system, you will need to perform the following steps:

-->Locate your Serial Number. The Serial Number can be located on the bottom of the Talkswitch system, as well as on the outside flap of the Talkswitch retail box.

-->Go to support.fortinet.com

-->Under the Support Login at the right-hand side of the page, click the "Sign Up" button.

-->This will bring up the Account Registration page.  Fill in your company's information including all boxes with a red star next to them.  When finished, click "Next"

-->The next page will display all your information entered. Confirm all the information is correct and click "Finish"

-->Once this is complete, click the "Register/Renew" link under the Asset Management section.

-->To find the System ID, proceed to your TalkSwitch software, In the ĎAboutí section, select ĎMy Systemí and enter the System ID provided in that section. ***Note: To obtain the System ID, the TalkSwitch unit must be connected to the network, and you must enter the configuration for the unit that is connected to the network***

-->Enter in the Serial Number of the Talkswitch System or the License Number of Talkswitch Add-On in the provided field.

Once this is complete, your system and company is fully registered with Fortinet - Talkswitch.  This will allow you to create tickets, request RMA information, and correspond with Fortinet's technical team.

There is no need to register your Talkswitch phone. If any hardware related issues occur, please contact Talkswitch Support to obtain an RMA.
