TS-850i Error: "No IP address" and "Ethernet disconnected"

If you are experiencing this error with your TS-850i, the following steps can be done to troubleshoot the issue:
- Test the Ethernet port out on your router/modem to make sure the port is working.
- Make sure the TS-850i and your TalkSwitch Management Software are fully updated.
- To update the TS-850i, click here.
- To update the TalkSwitch Management Software, click here.
- Reset your TS-850i to default settings. To do this, press in the reset button in on the rear of the base unit until all four indicator lights are solid.
- Reset/reboot your modem/router that the TS-850i is connected to.
If these steps do not solve the issue, you will need to call TalkSwitch at 866-393-9960 for further troubleshooting assistance.
