Periodically, clients with an existing account with Best Deal Talkswitch are not able to log into their account, even though they are using the correct User Name and Password.
When this occurs, you need to clear your Internet Browser, such as Internet Explorer.
Here are the steps to perform
Completely close all open windows and tabs of Internet Explorer.
1. Then open one copy of Internet Explorer
2. From the top Menu Bar, select:
Tools
-> Internet Options
In the new window, select
General Tab
-> Browsing History
->Delete Button
Then selecct to delete the following:

Temporary Internet Files
-
Cookies
-
History
Then press the Delete button
When completed, close the Internet Options window
Then, close Internet Explorer completely
Reopen Internet Explorer and try to log in
If the log-in fails again, repeat the above process again and be sure to close all copies of Internet Explorer after deleting the files.
