If you would like to block users within the TalkSwitch system from making international calls you can configure the Auto Route Selection (ARS) to do so.
Step 1: Log in to the TalkSwitch Management Software and in the Configuration Menu there is an option for Auto Route Selection (which is near the bottom-left under Call Cost Reduction Features). Click on Auto Route Selection.
Step 2: Select the Activate Automatic Route Selection checkbox. When activated, the dialled digits of all outgoing calls will be buffered and stored before being re-transmitted to the telephone line after detection of dial tone.
Step 3: Select a free table entry to enter new leading digits, or edit an existing entry.
Step 4: Enter the leading digits to make international calls (typically 011) in the Leading Digits box. Change the Action drop down field to Block Calls - which performs toll restriction by blocking the call.
Step 5: Click File > Save on the top left part of the screen to save the configuration of the TalkSwitch. Now all calls generated from the TalkSwitch will block calls with the leading digits of 011 for international calling.
