Voice mail softkey missing on FON-360i, 460i and 560i phones

In most cases, this is due to utilizing the new 360I phone with a Talkswitch system. Since, the Talkswitch is older then the 360I, it will be missing a phone profile to fully configure it.
The FON-x60i phones have replaced the TS- and FON-x50i phones. The new phones function identically, but software 7.11 doesn't include them in the list of phone types.

When configuring,
simply select the previous model in the Model pull down menu on the Local Extensions/Faxpage. For example, select 350i to configure a FON-360i.
Once, the extension has been configured and registered, set up the voicemail key:
1. Launch the phone’s web manager by entering the IP address of the phone in a browser.

(The IP address is displayed in the IP Extension Details when you re-open the Local Extensions/Fax page of the Management Software. You can also press the options key on the phone, and navigate to information)
2. Click Login. Enter user name admin and password 23646 to log in.
3. Click VoIP Configuration.
4. In the Common Settings area, enter TSVM in the VMS Address field.
5. Click Save.
6. Reboot the phone.
