The date and time on FortiVoice systems may be incorrect as of January 1st, 2013. This can affect the date and time on the phones associated with the system, and may cause calls to be handled incorrectly.
Manually remove the NTP server from the phone system configuration. Do so by going to Options > Set Date & Time. Click the NTP Server tab at the top, delete the NTP Server, click OK, then File > Save. Note that this will take care of the issue, but your date/time will no longer be updated nightly.
Permanent solution:
UPDATE: Some systems using 7.11.006 are on an old build of that version. You will need to redownload 7.11.006 from Fortivoice and re-install. After the installation is complete, open the management software and navigate to "Tools > Update firmware", and click update. This will force the firmware to update to the latest build.
