The refuse call softkey The intent of the refuse button is to say that you are busy and send the call to the "busy" action (example : go to voicemail). However, if the extension is part of a ring group (I.G. "ring extensions" list) that is being rung and that call is refused, it will not follow the busy action. This is because the call is not being sent to a single extension, where it would follow the call route that is setup for that extension. The call will keep ringing all of the extensions in the ring group or in the ring extensions list until the call is answered or rings out. If you have the in coming calls from an outside line set to "go to local extension", "go to auto attendant", or if someone was to pick-up their extension and call yours, and you press "refuse" it will follow the busy action set for your extension.
