Internal Extensions Busy/ Going to Voicemail

Sometimes a series of events can happen that the TalkSwitch system
is not expecting. In the case that these events occur, internal extensions will
become busy or go straight to voicemail and external extensions will stop
working. A common solution to this is to reboot the TalkSwitch system.



To reboot the TalkSwitch System:



In the TalkSwitch Management Software, proceed to the upper
left hand corner of the screen. Select ‘Tools’ from the menu bar, and then
choose the final option ‘Reboot System’. This will prompt your TalkSwitch
system to reboot and recertify all of the connected phones and restore them
back to working order.
