Answering additional incoming call with a call pickup

If you have a set of line appearance buttons that are currently in use, but need to answer an additional call coming in on a VoIP Trunk. The user can perform a Call Pickup by dialing *9 or ***9 (if Direct Line Access is enabled) which will answer the ringing VOIP line. However, if the call has already gone passed through the Auto Attendant, and begins to ring an extension or extensions, the user will need to dial *7 + ext number.
