Line/Call/Extension Appearance Telephone handsets are capable of displaying
  • Call Appearance buttons (your calls on your specific extension - One lit button per call)
  • Line Appearance buttons (outside telephone lines)
  • Extension Appearance (other people within your company)
Requires Talkswitch-brand telephones   Line/Call/Extension appearance is not supported with generic phones such as Polycom, Grandstream and others.
 
Generic phones will allow you to handle multiple calls, simultaneously - but the functionality is the same as using 'call waiting' on your cell phone which requires using your telephone keypad to toggle between call one and call two.
