Line/Call/Extension Appearance Telephone handsets are capable of displaying
  • Call Appearance buttons (your calls on your specific extension - One lit button per call)
  • Line Appearance buttons (outside telephone lines)
  • Extension Appearance (other people within your company)
Requires Talkswitch-brand telephones   Line/Call/Extension appearance is not supported with generic phones such as Polycom, Grandstream and others are not supported.
 
Generic phones will allow you to handle multiple calls, simultaneously - but the functionality is the same as 'call waiting' on your cell phone and using your telephone keypad to toggle between call one and call two.
 
The use of the Talkswitch Attendant Console will allow you to put Line/Call/Extension appearance and functionaliy onto your computer. Click Here for more details about the Attendant Console
