This package includes:
  • Single-User software license
  • PCI Interface Card
  • Interface cable
Set-up
  • Install the PCI Interface Card into your PC
  • Connect the Interface Cable between your PC and your Talkswitch System 
    • the Data Port on your Analog Talkswitch  Deskphone
    • or use a line-splitter wall plate adapter for  
    • or directly to an Extension port on Talkswitch PBX System
    • This PC will then be a full-featured extension off the Talkswitch system
Software Interface Screen - ACS - Automated Calling System - has been designed to emulate the interface screen used by Microsoft Outlook.

  • Create a library of custom outbound calling messages
  • Schedule (date and time) an unlimited number of outbound call to an unlimited number of specific individual(s)
  • Specify the message to be presented to the caller
  • Automatically initiate the call at the appropriate time and date
  • Outbound Calling Messages can be
    • Created and recorded by human voice through a telephone handsets
    • Optionally be created by typing into a text field and the ‘human voice’ will be generated by the use of  text-to-speech software
    • Interactive – giving the caller the ability to:
      • Record a response for you
      • Request to be transferred to another extension on the Talkswitch system to speak with a live person
    • Personalized with
      • Clients name
      • Time
      • Date
  • Detects and provides different messages for:
    •  live human response
    • answering machine or voicemail
