These days it's hard to fine a company that has good technical support after the sale. I purchased a "NEW" Talkswitch unit from another ebay site. I called the Best Deal Talkswitch when I was having problems. setting up the unit. The Person at the Best Deal Talkswitch looked up the Serial number of my unit and was able to tell me that it was over two years old. he explained how to do a software upgrade and then sent me the disk I needed for Free ! NOW that is Great Tech support ! My only regret is that I did not purchase the unit from them in the first place. Herb Winters

As a consumer, don't you just love it when goods and services perform as advertised? Well that's what we have found in Best Deal Talkswitch and the Talkswitch system. The system is indeed the most user friendly and economical that we could find. We installed it ourselves with the help of one of our members who had telephone line experience. I personally handled the programming. Installation was easy overall. But I did need a little help in understanding a few things. I found the the Best Deal Talkswitch staff to be be knowledgeable, helpful and patient in addressing our concerns. We're up and running with the latest in technology. Oh yeah, we are also saving $118 a month from our previous phone services. Thank God for Best Deal Talkswitch and Talkswitch!

I absolutely love it. It took me about 4 hours to read through the directions, connect the hardware, run new phone lines (and de-tangle the massive rats nest of wires behind my desk!) and program the phone, but I've already gone way beyond a basic system.  Both incoming lines are working, auto-attendant is answering in two modes (different choices for after normal business hours), fax is picking up appropriately, modem is dialing out as it should, and we are calling "station to station."  We'll see how the customers like it. The two calls we get most often are "what are your hours?" and "How do I get there?" Auto attendant has a "press 1 for shop hours" and a "Press 2 for directions to our factory" option. From any attendant they can reach a live person.  Tomorrow will be a good test. I may have some questions once I get into it some more, but for now, I'm ecstatic with it. We'll be functioning tomorrow just like a real business!

The Nortel system was not configured to handle the message waiting indicator or Caller ID features. I had priced an upgrade to the Nortel and it would have cost me well over $1000.00 just to get these two features. I was afraid the TalkSwitch would seem like a "downgrade" to my communication system but in the short time I've used TalkSwitch, it has already proven to be a valuable upgrade. Lastly, I do want want to tell you that your company has done an outstanding job developing this product. The system has outstanding sound quality and the voice prompts are very professional. People calling me think I have a state-of-the-art, very costly PBX phone system installed. Again, thank you! I cannot say enough good things about this product ..."

I just had to write to you and tell how impressed I am with this unit. I have been looking for a small expandable system like this for a long time. I finally found it and it does everything and more that I could ever asked for. It is very easy to setup and very powerful for call handling in my growing business. I think the best feature for me was the remote ext after the auto attendant asnwers. This gives me that big business feel and it enables me to be reached no matter where I might be. Most people don't take the time to compliment a business for doing a good job but some how always manage to complain when something goes wrong. I thought you should know that I am completely satifisfied with this unit and would be happy to be a reference to any future sales to help people decide on buying one.
